4th call for proposals

The 4th open call for proposals of Interreg V-A Lithuania-Poland cooperation programme supporting bilateral cooperation projects is launched on 10th June 2019 with the deadline for the project submission on 30th September 2019, at 16:00 (GMT + 02:00). The applications must reach the public establishment Joint Technical Secretariat physically by the address Konstitucijos av. 7, LT-09308, Vilnius, Lithuania, including the e-version of the application on that time at the latest.

The overall objective of the Programme is to foster smart, sustainable and inclusive growth in the border area through cross-border cooperation. The Programme seeks to contribute to regional growth and quality of life through closer cross-border cooperation between people and institutions of the Programme area.

During the 4th open call for proposals applications including activities which contribute to the following priorities are awaited:

Priority 1. Preserving and protecting the environment and promoting resource efficiency;

Priority 2. Promoting sustainable and quality employment and supporting labour mobility;

Priority 3. Promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and any discrimination.

IMPORTANT! Funds allocated to the Priority 4 “Enhancing the institutional capacity of public authorities and stakeholders and an efficient public administration” have been distributed during three previous calls, therefore this Priority is closed during the 4th call.

Applicants are particularly welcome to submit bilateral projects, contributing to the Programme Specific objective 2.2. To decrease unemployment through coordinated cross-border employment initiatives, and achieving output indicators:

2.2.O.1. Number of participants in joint local employment initiatives and joint training (common);

2.2.O.2. Number of participants in cross-border mobility initiatives (common).

85 % of the total eligible project costs are co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the project partners have to contribute by 15 % from their own resources. The minimum total eligible budget per application is more than 50.000,00 euro, the maximum total budget per application is 1 million euro.

Information about trainings for potential beneficiaries will follow soon.

If you have great ideas for the bilateral project, but you don’t have partners yet – please fill in the PARTNERSHIP PROPOSAL and submit it by e-mail events@vilniusjts.eu. The partnership proposals shall be filled in English. We shall upload in on the website as well as distribute to via our contacts.
