3RD OPEN CALL STATISTICS

The 3rd call for project applications for the Interreg V-A Lithuania-Poland Programme ended at 16:00 on 28 June, 2018. There were 80 applications received by the Joint Secretariat within the indicated deadline: 45 applications with Lead Beneficiaries from Lithuania (the biggest number of applications from Alytus county) and 35 applications with Lead Beneficiaries from Poland (the most active were organisations from Podlaskie Voivodeship). 

The most popular specific objective of the Programme among beneficiaries was 4.1. "To increase cross-border cooperation of the institutions in order to develop more integrated and better quality public governance and public services in the Programme area" with 40 project applications which constitutes 50% of all submitted applications. The least popular objective was 2.2 "To decrease unemployment through coordinated cross-border employment initiatives" with only 3 submitted applications. 

The total value of the submitted projects amounts EUR 58,6 million; while the requested amount of funding from the ERDF is EUR 48,9 million. The indicative ERDF co-financing of the Programme available for the 3rd call projects is EUR 28,6 million. The biggest demand of funding in under the specific objectives 4.1. "To increase cross-border cooperation of the institutions in order to develop more integrated and better quality public governance and public services in the Programme area" (EUR 25,1 million).
