Projekto idėja:

Project Title: History Drives the Future (Istorija Veža Ateitį / Historia Napędza Przyszłość)
Project Acronym: HIS-TOUR
The project is focused on the priority objective of program 2.2 RSO4.6:
Strengthening the role of culture and sustainable tourism in economic development, social inclusion, and social innovation.
The project aims to install specific equipment – attractive artistic-informational „bubbles” on Kaunas-Bialystok road, near by Augustów and Marijampolė cities, where innovative cultural tourism highlights related to interesting aspects of the history, present and future of Poland and Lithuania will appear, conveying the content exhibited to target audiences using popular means and methods.
We will use for this the material collected by the project partners, insert cultural programs, and create new original expositions.
During the project, we will prepare interactive installations, attractive gaming, digital and artistic tools to promote audience attraction and open new tourism spaces in Lithuania and Poland.
The main target groups of the project: children and youth, families, and Ukrainian war refugees.
The goal of the project: to prepare and implement an innovative form of sustainable cultural tourism that will attract a wide audience of participants, including from vulnerable social groups, and contribute to the economic development of the project regions.
Tasks of the HIS-TOUR project:
• To envisage the environment for placing exhibitions on the HIS-TOUR route from Kaunas to Bialystok, to prepare agreements with Associated project partners.
• Taking into account the principles of the New European Bauhaus, prepare specific temporary equipment for the demonstration of the exhibitions being created, combining the principles of sustainability, aesthetics, and inclusiveness.
• To prepare and implement HIS-Tour activity model, operational aspects, the human resources, and the flow management aspects of participants.
• We will create and use: visual accents; installations; photo-video-musical material; verbal information; historical, folk and modern games; and original positivity – humorous accents in the expositions.
