RESULTS ABOUT APPLICATIONS OF THE 5TH CALL FOR PROPOSALS IV

The fourth on-line Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) meeting regarding selection of the 5th call for proposals projects received 7 July – 31 July was held on September 23.

During the meeting 7 projects out of 12 from this fourth part were approved. The amount to be allocated to these projects is more than 5,5 million EUR.

Official information to the Lead beneficiaries of projects from No. LT-PL-5R-380 to No. LT-PL-5R-391 will be sent shortly.

Further decisions on the rest part of the projects shall be taken in the next JMC on-line meeting on December 8, 2020.

Based on the provisions, indicated in the Programme Manual for the 5th call for proposals, that the collection of applications shall last until all funds would be committed, the JMC took a decision to stop the 5th call for proposals from 23rd September, 2020, 23:59.

The Interreg V-A Lithuania-Poland Cooperation Programme opened the 5th call for proposals on 4 May, 2020. During the first, second, third and fourth on-line Joint Monitoring Committee meetings regarding selection of the 5th call for proposals 20 projects out of and 44 were approved. The amount of ERDF funds to be allocated to these projects is 12,3 million EUR.

The indicative ERDF funds available for the 5th call is about 11,4 million EUR.

By September 23, 2020 there were 64 projects received requesting over 37,5 million EUR of ERDF funds.
