On November 7, the Foundation for Peatland Restoration and Conservation is organizing online training for specialists from municipalities related to drainage, agriculture, and environment protection, as well as representatives of protected areas institutions, other authorities, and NGOs. The training will cover the need and objectives of peatland restoration in the context of implementing the EU Nature Restoration Regulation, good farming practices in fens, and the legal procedures involved in planning peatland restoration etc.
