Public Establishment Project Management Agency of the Ministry of the Interior (hereinafter – Agency) is looking for a Project Financial Manager and a Project Manager to work in the joint secretariat of the Interreg VI-A Lithuania-Poland Programme in Vilnius.
We are looking for a Project Financial Manager and a Project Manager, who:
- has university or equal to higher education in the field of economics / accountancy / business administration or another relevant sphere (Financial Manager);
or has university or equal to higher education in the field of law / economics / public administration / business administration or another relevant sphere (Project Manager).
- has good command of written and oral English languages (the level of English language should be not less than B2 according to the Europass);
- has good command of written and oral Polish / Lithuanian; knowledge of Lithuanian / Polish would be an advantage;
- has good knowledge of Polish / Lithuanian national legislation related to the use of the EU Structural funds in country and Cross border cooperation programmes;
- has good knowledge of Polish / Lithuanian and EU legislation regulating public procurement procedures.
- has not less than 2 (two) years’ experience in programme/project management;
- can work and organise activities independently and unsupervised;
- can work in a team and in an international environment;
- can manage, collect, systemise, summarise information and make conclusions.

- Salary from € 2600 (gross), (the coefficient of salary is 1.46-1.6 will depend on the experience and qualifications of a candidate;

In all documents the name of the institution “Public Establishment Joint Technical Secretariat” corresponds to the institution name “Public Establishment Project Management Agency of the Ministry of the Interior”.
