Project summary:
The project aims to enhance public understanding of nature protection, green infrastructure, and the role of green spaces in community well-being in Ełk and Kaunas. It addresses the common challenge of limited societal knowledge about the benefits of nature. Activities include educational materials, seminars, workshops, and practical green infrastructure exercises targeting families, schoolchildren, people with disabilities, and professionals. Innovative elements combine hands-on workshops, pilot green exhibitions, and new technologies to foster environmental awareness, sustainable urban development, and cross-border cooperation.
