Project summary:
Historical games provide a unique way to connect people with cultural heritage while encouraging social interaction, learning and well-being. In the Lithuania–Poland cross-border area, the project brings together Lithuanian and Polish partners to create innovative educational spaces where traditional games meet modern technology.
Visitors of different ages and backgrounds can discover and play traditional Lithuanian and Polish games dating back to the period of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. Interactive zones, workshops on making traditional games, animations, video graphics, LED screens and projectors create an engaging learning environment that is also accessible to people with special needs.
Through these activities, the project promotes interest in historical games, strengthens social connections and makes the shared cultural heritage of Lithuania and Poland more accessible. The partners also exchange knowledge and educational practices, strengthening cross-border cooperation and creating new opportunities for communities, tourists and educational institutions to learn and connect through play.
