Communication (submission of tenders, questions and answers) via the Competitiveness Database (BK2021) in the financial perspective 2021-2027
Dear Beneficiary, please remember that communication regarding procurement under the principle of competitiveness, including:
- announcement of the request for proposals,
- submission of tenders,
- exchange of information between the contracting authority and the contractor (questions and answers),
- transfer of documents and declarations
shall be made in writing via BK2021. Permissible deviations from communication in BK2021 are defined in the “Specific rules of awarding contracts under the project – specific rules for Polish partners”.
Use the module (tab):
- Tenders – when submitting tenders,
- Questions – when asking questions and giving answers to the contractor.
