Public Establishment Project Management Agency of the Ministry of the Interior (hereinafter – Agency) is looking for a Project Manager to work in the Joint Secretariat of the Interreg VI-A Lithuania–Poland Programme in Vilnius.
We are looking for a Project Manager, who:
• has university or equal to higher education in the field of law / economics / public administration / business administration or another relevant sphere;
• has good command of written and oral English language (the level of English language should be not less than B2 according to the Europass);
• has good command of written and oral Polish or Lithuanian; knowledge of Lithuanian or Polish would be an advantage;
• has good knowledge of Polish / Lithuanian national legislation related to the use of the EU Structural funds in country and Cross-border cooperation programmes;
• has good knowledge of Polish / Lithuanian and EU legislation regulating public procurement procedures;
• has not less than 2 (two) years’ experience in programme/project management;
• can work and organise activities independently and unsupervised;
• can work in a team and in an international environment;
• can manage, collect, systemise, summarise information and make conclusions.
