There is a need for sustainable practices within hospitals and medical institutions, focusing on reducing energy consumption, or improving waste management. In the project we would like to conduct comprehensive energy audits to identify areas where energy consumption can be reduced effectively. This could involve upgrading to energy-efficient equipment and optimizing HVAC systems. Also waste management practices should be improved to minimize environmental impact and maximize efficiency. This might include implementing recycling programs, reducing single-use plastics, and properly disposing of hazardous materials. The project can leverage expertise in healthcare operations to tailor sustainable solutions specifically for the healthcare sector.
